Orzo pasta with veggie sausage, a mildly spiced marinara, red and green bell peppers, and a healthy topping of mozzarella cheese make this pizza casserole one of our very favorites, on or off the trail.
Instructions: Empty contents of package into separate bowl or mug. Boil about 12 ounces water (about 1.5 cups); combine boiling water with package contents.
