We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours after we’ve received it. If you’ve placed a custom kit order, you’ll receive an email noting that your kit has been scheduled, and an estimate of the day it will leave our kitchen. For both individual package and custom kit orders you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Orders received before 6 pm on Thursday will ship by the end of that week. If you place your order after 6pm on Thursday, you should plan on your order shipping on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
All orders are shipped 2-day Priority through USPS by default. If your trip is scheduled within the week, please make sure you select the appropriate shipping option (overnight, if necessary).
Orders of more than $90 qualify for free 2-day USPS Priority shipping.

If you have extensive dietary restrictions, please know that your order may take longer to process. As with all other custom kit orders, you will receive an estimate of when your order will be shipped.
If you have concerns about when your order will arrive, please contact email@example.com before ordering; we will be happy to provide an estimate of when you'd receive your order.
We will happily accept all unopened merchandise within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). This includes our custom meal kit packages—but please note the unopened part.
