Unwrapped Burrito

Is there anything better than a burrito after a day at the crag? We think not, and so we wanted to make a version you could throw in your pack for after a long haul up the side of a mountain. Turns out this baby's good enough that we eat it after a long day in the office, too. Perfect vehicle for copious amounts of hot sauce.

Instructions: Empty contents of package into separate bowl or mug. Boil 10 ounces water (about 1.25 cups); combine boiling water with package contents. Cover. Allow to rehydrate approximately 15 minutes. More water may be added to achieve desired consistency. Eat! Enjoy! Adventure! *Recipes tested in Boulder, Colorado. Food may take longer to rehydrate above 5430’.

Absolutely loved this meal. Incredibly hearty and you get a lot of food for the cost. Delicious too.
